Skot Communications acquires Hill & Knowlton Nigeria

Skot Communications has announced the acquisition of the assets of Hill & Knowlton Nigeria Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WPP Scangroup Plc.


Speaking to the media, Tokunboh George-Taylor, founder, Skot Communications said: “The acquisition enables the communications consultancy firm to commence local and international operations leveraging the portfolio of customers, talent, and expertise of Hill & Knowlton.
